How should I care for my opal jewellery?
Our jewellery is designed to be worn every day. To maintain its beauty:
- Regularly clean with one of our polishing cloths or a soft-bristled cleaning brush.
- While your opal is crafted to withstand the test of time, we recommend exercising caution and care, as with any valuable jewellery.
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures.
- Store in a soft cloth or jewellery box to prevent scratches.
Can I wear my opal jewellery daily?
Absolutely! Our opal jewellery is made to be worn daily. Just remember to treat it with care to keep it looking its best.
Sizing
How do I determine my ring size?
You can use our ring size guide here to measure your finger. If you're unsure, visit a local jeweller for an accurate measurement.
What Necklace Length is right for me?
All our pendants come with either a 18k Gold or Sterling Silver Chain, typically 45cm in length. Please check the specifications on each item page as lengths may vary.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
If you have received your ring and realize that you have chosen an incorrect size, you are welcome to send your piece back as long as it's within our Return Policy here. Prior to ordering again, we highly recommend establishing your correct ring size via our ring chart here or visiting a local jeweller.

What is your return policy?

How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team. to initiate a return. Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging and is in line with our returns policy here.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and it has been approved. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Shipping
How do you ship your products?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Every parcel is registered and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
What Domestic Carriers do you use?
We use Australia Post for all Australian customers as we find it's the best and most trustworthy when it comes to delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we ship to PO Boxes. You will be required to collect your delivery from your local Australia post counter with a suitable ID.
